Compass Risk Services, LLC (“Compass”) was formed in 2017 by Chris Moss. At the launch of Compass, Chris had over 15 years experience as a risk management consultant, and over 20 years in the insurance field. Compass was established in Frisco, Texas and has grown to have a footprint around the globe (including the United Kingdom, Chile, Singapore, Hong Kong) in addition to Texas. Today, Compass has over 150 years of collective experience amongst its team.

Compass is a proud member of the Society of Risk Management Consultants (SRMC), an international organization of professionals engaged in risk management, insurance and employee benefits consulting. SRMC’s mission is to advance these professions to benefit the member consultants, their clients and the public through research, education, exchange of information through conferences, networking, and the promotion of professional and ethical guidelines.
As an engaged Frisco-based company, Compass is a member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, including sponsoring the Chamber Gala in 2022.
Compass is a member of the North Texas LGBT Chamber of Commerce. The North Texas LGBT Chamber the premier business organization for the LGBT community in North Texas.

The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) is the national business voice of the LGBT community.
