Senior Advisor
We are looking for a Senior Advisor to join the Compass Risk Services team. You will have a bachelor’s degree in a risk management, insurance, business, finance or law related field, with at least 5-10 years industry experience. You will be a confident communicator, with a good understanding of insurance contracts, risk management practices, and risk mitigation principles. You should have a Risk Management industry certification (CPCU, ARM, CRM), and should have a high proficiency within the Microsoft 365 environment (including Teams, SharePoint and Outlook). This is a remote position, so your ability to work independently in an outcomes focused environment will be beneficial.

Risk Analyst (Contracts)
We are looking for a Risk Analyst (Contracts) to join the Compass Risk Services team. In this role, you will review legal agreements (contracts) for our clients, including from their vendors/suppliers. You must be proficient in understanding contracts, and a person with at least 2-3 years experience in this field would be welcome to apply. You will have a bachelor’s degree in law or a related field, or an associate’s degree in law or pre-law (e.g. paralegal). You will need to be well organized, analytical and responsive. You should have a high proficiency within the Microsoft 365 environment (including Teams, SharePoint and Outlook). This is a remote position, so your ability to work independently in an outcomes focused environment will be beneficial.

We are looking for a Risk Management Specialist. As part of the Risk Services Team, the successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a risk management, insurance, business, finance or law related field, with at least four years industry experience. You will be a confident communicator, with a good understanding of insurance contracts, risk management practices, and risk mitigation principles. We are a Microsoft 365 office, and you should be comfortable with Teams, SharePoint and Outlook. Experience in using a RMIS will be an advantage for those seeking this role.
